General terms

By using the services of internet store dipme.store, it is considered that you accept the General Terms and Conditions set forth in this document. Should you disagree with the dipme.store General Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions by which LA DIG Ltd., hereinafter referred to as dipme.store, provides services to its users through the internet store dipme.store. The General Terms and Conditions below represent an agreement for the conclusion of a purchase agreement between the person agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, on the one hand, and dipme.store, on the other hand, with ordering and purchasing the products offered through the e-shop dipme.store.

Conditions for the provided services. (Online agreement.)

dipme.store is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SOLD OUT QUANTITIES OF THE GOODS! The return costs of the goods are at the expense of the Client.

Due to the nature of online commerce Return/ Complaint according to DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, of/about the goods received by the Client can be done without explicit reasons within 14 days after purchase and as long as the condition of the goods is the same as at the time of purchase in the store (in this case at the time of delivery), including undamaged packaging.

Parts of promotional packages cannot be returned.

Used products cannot be returned.

The return of a certain product is always covered by the customer. dipme.store does not cover return costs under any circumstances.

SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

dipme.store provides the Customer with the opportunity to purchase the products offered on dipme.store website and pay the respective selling price, taking into account, and in strict compliance by the Client with the present General Terms and Conditions, as well as with the additionally indicated requirements on the respective webpages in dipme.store for the specific goods.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Whereas the products offered by dipme.store are varied and constantly supplemented and modified with a view to their improvement and extension of the product catalogue, as well as in connection with any legislative changes affecting the conditions for their offering, these General Terms and Conditions may be changed at dipme.store discretion.

PRICES

The sales price payable by the Customer is shown in the invitation to purchase the goods at the time of submitting the purchase order.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The price under the previous section and the cost of delivery may be paid as follows: in cash by the Customer or by a third party on behalf of the Customer; by cash on delivery; payment via PayPal.com; card payment

HANDING OVER

Goods will be handed over to the Customer or to a third party that accepts and acknowledges the receipt of the goods on behalf of the Customer. In case the Customer may not be found within the deadline for delivery at the address specified by him/her or no access or conditions for delivery of the goods have been provided within this period, dipme.store shall be relieved of its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

The Customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods he/she has ordered for purchase when:

• - the goods delivered apparently do not match the order for purchase by the Customer, and this may be ascertained through their regular inspection;
• - the goods have been damaged during shipment;
• - the price that the Customer has to pay does not correspond to the price due;

Upon delivery of the package, the client is obligated to check for visible package damages that may signal content damage and if there are such, the client should refuse the package.

In case of damage to the goods, contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a report for damage to the shipment.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We may, in our sole discretion, cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
